1. Consultations (Jyotish & Vastu)

Once a consultation (Jyotish or Vastu) is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Rescheduling may be allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

No refunds will be provided for completed consultations.

2. Karmkaand & Pooja Services

All Pooja and Karmkaand services are performed with prior preparation (materials, priest arrangements, etc.).

Cancellations are not permitted once a booking is confirmed.

If a reschedule is required due to unavoidable circumstances, we will try to accommodate subject to mutual agreement.

No refunds will be issued after the service is performed.

3. Pyramid Vastu & Spiritual Products

We ensure that all products are carefully checked and packaged before shipping.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear proof (photo/video).

Eligible returns will be replaced or refunded as per customer choice.

Products once used/opened will not be eligible for return or refund.
